http://www.hocevarperformance.com Single arm kettlebell complexes are a great way to fix imbalances while doing core work as well as doing a ton of work in a short amount of time. In this complex we're doing 1 arms swings, cleans, presses, snatches and OH squats for 6 reps then switching to the other hand without stopping. Our rest break is 75 seconds and we are going for 4 rounds.
