Guam- The 30th Guam Legislature convened into session today and senators spent a majority of the morning tackling an amendment by Senator Ben Pangelinan that would change the current standing rules.
The Pangelinan amendment failed. However, an amendment from Senator Frank Aguon Jr. passed, which now transfers Pangelinan's oversight on bond appropriations over to Aguon. Session is adjourned subject to the call of the speaker.
