Prime Minister Andrew Holness on Monday effectively slapped MPs from both sides of the House, who last week tore into Food for the Poor for what they claimed were poor quality houses being built for less fortunate Jamaicans under a partnership with the Government.Everald Warmington, that same day, launched a scathing attack on the press, accusing journalists of “gross dishonesty” in their reporting on the criticism some legislators levelled at houses built by the charity.

Meanwhile, police in Spanish Town were on Monday probing the killing of three people, including a female and a juvenile, and the injuring of another female, on Jones Avenue in Spanish Town.
