Captain Falcan by Kamekaze: this guy is one tough cookie, he seems to be an edit of Mr. Bison.
his AI is a mix between blockwhore and combohore. and it's really hard to survive his combo attacks with Link, dued to the dizzyness. and he even has his FALCAN PUNCH!!! that seems to be hard to counter. (I'm guessing super armor) and his FALCAN KICK!!! appears to be much easyer to counter attack as it's quite delayed and both attacks do have high attack priority.
