Tips to Sleeping Well when Pregnant
 Look for the Right Position
There will come a time when a pregnant woman will not be able to sleep well and this happens when the mother's belly gets too big. It is recommended though that a pregnant woman sleeps on her left side because this will boost blood flow to the placenta and the baby.

 Make Use of Sleeping Aids
A good way to promote sleeping is by making use of sleeping aids. Getting a good sleep for pregnant women can be quite a challenge and so body pillows have been introduced to them to offer support and give more comfort. Maternity air beds are also available for expecting mothers who are not able to sleep well.

 Ask Help from your Physician
