Hello everyone. T
In this video I will be performing two exercises. One for upper body and the other for lower body. The bicep exercise is also helping to work out the shoulders because of the position I have my arms. I am using dumb bells. On the quad exercise, I am performing a basic squat using a weighted bar. In this video when I bend down, I am bending down with my legs straight and back straight. I was doing this for my own stretching workout. I suggest you bend your legs when placing the weights down in order to avoid possible injury.
