The statements on Europe agreeing its long term budget, were a chance to point out the lack of solidarity and shared responsibility amongst our EU partners when it comes to Ireland's debt and specifically the restructuring of the promissory notes, and also to ask the question what would happen if the Dail voted against tomorrow's motion to welcome the restructuring of the promissory notes?
