People, Beagles are genetically prone to being fat dogs, it usually isn't the owners fault. I adopted an older Beagle from a shelter(5). His name is Duke. He was fat when I got him, definitely not as big as this, but he's lost weight. I take him on mile hikes once a day. Don't blame the owners, beagles LOVE to eat. Trust me, they are all nose and NO brain.

I want a beagle cause they look soo friend but wonder if they stink
She's simply adorable, and for all of the haters saying this is cruel, look at her for a second. I don't see her having ANY trouble walking, do you? She gets around just fine. Shes also wagging her tail and begging for attention, and if she wasn't "happy" she certainly wouldn't be. She'd be sluggish and tired all the time, probably just laying in the corner. Unhealthy dogs aren't this perky. Not to mention you have no clue HOW she got that way. Its not always the owner's fault. Leave her alone.
Clearly it's fat and unhealthy and having problems with walking. But it's the beagles fault for always eating. They have no self control
yeah she is defenitly having trouble walking lol, the hip movements are not natural and indicate pain.

OKCancel or Post or Create a video response If you love your dog, you should put him on diet. He will be suffered by lots of health problems. You are killing your dog!
