I should clarify. The mentally challenged? Not funny. Actors pretending to be mentally challenged? Hilarious.

Another clip from the Hallmark Hall of Fame movie The Boys Next Door, and one of the most embarrassingly manipulative scenes I've ever watched over and over again. Lucien P. Singer testifying for the state senate--I'm sorry, "state snat." This movie's terrible and brazen and saccharine and shameless, but I'd wager most of its viewers think it's cute. For the bad movie lover, it is gold.
