Reaction to the approval of the Keystone XL Pipeline decision in Lincoln, Nebraska, on November 20, 2017.

Jane Kleeb, Democratic Party of Nebraska, and Larry Wright Jr., chairman of the Ponca Tribe, offer remarks.

“We’re going to continue to fight," Wright said after the Nebraska Public Service Commission voted 3-2 to approve a route that crosses the Ponca Trail of Tears, the path his ancestors were forced to take by the federal government when they were marched out of Nebraska in 1877.
