Its not very often that I sell one of my personal guitars. I have had this guitar for many many years and have loved playing it. It's a 1976 Martin D35 with the original Martin Case. I have had the bridge and pickguard re-glued and setup by licensed Martin Authorized Techs since I have had it.
The neck has not been reset as it doesn't need it. It plays fantastically with low easy playing action. The guitar is a 9 out of a 10 scale in playability and looks. It only has a small ding on the top and some light bubbles from being stored with a plastic strap in the case before I got it. Please don't store your valuable guitars with plastic straps in the case. The nitrocellouse gas reactes with the plastic to make the finish bubble.
The guitar has some finish crazing in it which authenticates the original finish and the original frets have plenty of life in them. It is all original including the Blue Martin Hardshell Case with original key that is included. The case is as nice as the guitar. It has a Village School of Music sticker inside the sound hole which is where the original owner got it in the Chicago area. I am the second owner and have loved this guitar. Not even sure why this one is being sold other than I have more guitars than I can play. This beauty needs played and its not getting it here.
You will love the sound of this 1976 Martin. Very bright with booming bass that Vintage Martin Guitars are known for. You will love this guitar.
