The first car to be confiscated under boy-racer laws has been crushed today. It's a crushing that's been a result of Vehicle Confiscation Amendment Act in 2009. At that time, Judith Collins was Minister of Police earning her the nickname 'Crusher Collins'. Now the current Police Minister, Anne Tolley, is driving the initiative.
