Wolff Fitness is running Atlas Boot camps in the Oxfordshire (UK) region. A great way to get fit and stay fit through team and indvidual fitness challenges. We use sandbags, tractor tyres, poles and much more to improve your aerobic and anaerobic fitness, strength, muscular endurance, core stability to name a few!
*Work at your own level but be motivated to push yourself to see results in 6weeks! *great for families to get fit together - we have mum and daughter and father/son teams! * excellent for preseason training for rugby, football etc. the functional training is better than working specific muscles in the gym!
