Siva Kaneswaran stopped by Fusion Live to set the record straight on all the rumors about The Wanted parting ways.
"It's a break. It feels like a long-term relationship... It's a break, I swear to God," Siva said. "We all decided at the end of four years to kind of go on a break and do our own things."
Siva also dished on his new music as a solo artist, why he'd love to have coffee with Lionel Richie, and what the band's relationship is like today.
"We are very close. Me and the boys are very close, like brothers... and yeah, brothers bicker and pick on each other," Silva said about his band members. "I don't think it was that. I just think it came to a stage... it just felt right."
Siva also laughed about The Wanted's fans doing anything for a picture with the group.
"We've got a rule that no fans are allowed backstage because you know... sometimes they steal things," Siva joked.
