Mr. X Wackiness

This Mr. X was released for Mugen by Sean Altly. He's made some great characters, including Mr. X. Unfortunately, he has problems with a lot of characters with at least 1 move where nothing hits, damage does more than it's supposed to, weird states, etc. I cannot read code, so I wouldn't know where to start. He's also in the fan-made Mugen game that Sean's making, Capcom vs. the World, and he works fine there at least. Oh well. This video does not have all the characters that have issues, as this is just a sample.
