TITLE: Jack Kellogg: Finding My Niche In The Stock Market

DESCRIPTION:
Today we have a lesson from my newest top student, Jack Kellogg. He’s had quite an extraordinary ride in finding his niche.

And he made his own video to share his experience and lessons.

Why should you care? This is all about learning your own process. Take every opportunity to learn from other traders. Take something from other traders’ successes and failures.

You're trying to learn the game, right? Remember ... it’s said that around 90% of traders lose. One of the best ways to learn is from your failures. You also have to be honest about your strengths.

Jack does exactly what everyone should do: he absorbs all the knowledge that he possibly can.

He also experiments with various patterns. He started going long, but it didn’t quite work for him. Then he started shorting and realized he’s “way too biased” and has “too much conviction.”

But he didn’t give up. He continued to study and learn from other traders. He found a trader who was going long on OTC plays. He studied this trader’s wins and fails. And he adapted his own strategy.

Key reminder: Just because a certain strategy works for Jack, doesn’t mean it’ll work for you.* But you can absolutely learn from what traders do well.

Jack’s not just talking strategy — he also breaks down some of his biggest trades and reviews charts. I love that he’s sharing his losses and how he learns from them! He knows that he needs to continue to learn and adapt his trading style.

What’s your favorite trading strategy? How do you adapt to the market? Leave a comment below and tell me what you’ve learned from your losses.
