It is an elegant Victorian building which maintains many of its original features. Located just ten minutes walk into the beautiful historic city centre, close to the Race Course and River Dee. All the major attractions Chester has to offer are just a step away, and we are within easy walking distance of the bustling heart of the city. Row or sail down the river, or take a cyle ride. Walking the Roman Walls is a must together with visiting the Cathedral and sampling the cities many restaurants, wine bars and Inns.Chester is a perfect place to relax for a few days. Buckingham House is offering Special Discounts for the longer stay, to enable visitors to relax and spend a day visiting Liverpool or North Wales. There is easy access to both places using the train and boat. Another memorable occasion.The bedrooms in Buckingham House are spacious and impeccably kept. Just as you would expect. All our rooms are both welcoming and secure. Each room has an en-suite bathroom or shower, some with a view over the garden or the Welsh Hills, together with a complimentary hot beverage tray, hairdryer and Digital TV. DVD and WiFi. We have a ground floor en-suite for people with walking difficulties.Buckingham House has a small dining room seating 12 people, overlooking the garden.
