Gyms that typically use it as a recovery station offer high intensity interval workouts in a 30-minute circuit format. Also used as a cardio or aerobic station on alternate formats. Clubs such as It Figures Fitness, Curves for Women, Fast Fun Fitness clubs, Fit Express clubs, PACE clubs, Shapes and many other fitness franchises use the jogging square.
