This is a presentation of scientific evidence on meditation and how it can help you. This was presented to a small group of doctors in Toronto and to a youth group recently. I thought I will share it on the web as a YouTube video. However I have not added a voice recording for the slides at this time (except the three video clips). Most of the slides are self-explanatory. I may decide to add a voice recording at a later date.
