For the main late game, Jim Gray reports on the struggles Pittsburgh was having at that point and that they were entering that game minus starting quarterback Neil O'Donnell and Hall of Fame cornerback Rod Woodson. This is followed by an interview with coach Bill Cowher.

After a break with ads from BASF, NAPA Auto Parts, Duracell (those Duracell commercials used to creep me out when I was younger. All these years later, I still look uneasy seeing those) and local bankruptcy lawyer Martin Garfinkel; the pregame bunch returns with Ahmad Rashad's injury report (for a co-host, Ahmad didn't seem to get a whole lot of screen time), then Will McDonough's News and Notes covering what I called in the Week 8 video the story of the first half of the 1995 season (officiating problems); starting with the fining of Cowher for infamously racing up to referee Gordon McCarter during the previous week's game against Minnesota and stuffing a photo showing there were 11 Steelers on the field for a Viking field goal attempt (after McCarter's crew erroneously flagged Pittsburgh for having too many men on the field); leading to a renewed call for instant replay, followed by Greg discussing this with Gibbs and Ditka. (Joe would end up saying that the possibility of instant replay returning was "too late for Mike and I"; which would prove hilarious looking back considering the modern replay system's arrival in time for Iron Mike's last gasp with New Orleans in 1999, while Gibbs got to use it during his 2004-07 return to the Redskins).

Another break for Canon, Pringles (Right Crisps with 33% less fat), Mobil, Coast and Big A Auto Parts follows.
