My DJI F550 Flamewheel hexacopter build and component placement
this has the WooKong-M View Data Link 900mhz package
1.2ghz 1w lawmate vtx
RMRC-700xvn color ccd camera
5amp 4s lipo which gives me 10-12 minits of flight
custom cut gps mounting plate
homemade pan and tilt antenna tracker / patch antenna
gopro2 mounted to her belly
fatshark goggles to fpv view with

i made sure to protect all the wires from rubbing and wearing thru on the frame . also ensured no connection or pin came loose by adding a bit of hot glue to them
another "first in R/C" is i added a red 1mw laser line generator to the front of the hexacopter shone out straight out the front at a right angle to the horizon so when im flying at night i can turn left or right nomatter the angle and will always know when its directly pointed at me by getting the flash of red from the laser. (no dumdums its not gonna burn out your retinas ,its not focused light, in fact the opposite ! ) the on-board leds are a brighter !!

the stock 10 inch dji crap blades were installed for viewing only . i recommend to not use the stock dji blades as they will probably break on you and cost you alot to fix your machine. read up on the forums This is a problem with them !!!
another thing is when ordering blades make sure they are going to fit the motor shafts you have !
order yourself some GRAUPNER E-Prop 8x5 left and right's for it. the bore is a bit smaller , so you will have to ream it a little bit to fit with the stock dji brushless motors !!
so far these motors are capable of most i do . and have not failed yet

here is a great place. make sure they are in stock before you order :

as of all the testing i have done the 4 cell lipo and 8x5 props are the most stable and best run times 10-12 minits "5000mah" without the motors getting hot !
the entire system is run off this one battery.
to ensure you make it back safe set your timer on your radio.
