Iggy, Ozzy and Lemmy live at TENT, Museumnacht 2012

Six characters (one of them a multiple) from a planned assemblage of between 15 and twenty have already been realised, starting with four Black Bunnies, the Big Baby Doll and Karl (Lagerfeld), followed by Ozzy Osbourne, Iggy Pop and Lemmy Kilmister, the singer and bass guitarist from Motorhead. This project was developed in 2010. The masks were made by Rotterdam-based Raimi Bakker. Most of them also appear in Prostress series and in the FLX. multiplayer game.
This performance requires the participation of as many performers as there are characters in the piece. Ideally all of them should be present in the same space at the same time -- La Grand Fete Real Doll Show.

These composite characters draw on cultural icons and aspirations, and consist of assemblages of various body parts sourced from online footage. They were originally conceived as characters for animation, but after seeing them projected life-size at XXX in Valencia, Hoogerbrugge decided to create 3D figures of them, and they stepped out of the screen and into our world. They are directly linked to Prostress series where they pop up as recurring characters with wisdom to share.
They premiered at CBK, Rotterdam, 2011; this has been followed by two appearances in the Netherlands to date. One was at the TENT gallery (in which Karl, Big Baby and the four Bunnies toured the exhibition and interacted with the installations) as part of his 2012 exhibition, and the Real Dolls Iggy Pop, Ozzy Osboune and Lemmy also strutted their stuff to songs by the original three musicians that were performed live by Florian Maier.
