After several days of trial and error, I found a setting that I think would be the best.
I did not speak English well, so I used Google Translate because I made it to share information with Oculus Reddit forum. Maybe there is a problem with the grammar or something hard to understand. I'm sorry about the inconvenience and will fix it later.
"Precautions"
*1. When standing in the middle of the play area, the key chain tension should not be felt for one or two small steps. because tension can create discomfort. Most Oculus home games do not go far in the middle of the play area.
*2. The headset cable on the ceiling must be at a level that is out of reach. If not, there is a problem when you play a game with frequent hands-up movements, such as "The Climb".
Each time use one keychain, the cable will descend 7 cm down the floor.
*3. The wires starts from the headset should not go below the neck. Otherwise, each time you turn your head suddenly, the line will hit the headset.
*4. When storing the headset, in this case, it is better to mount it on a wall or ceiling.
*5. There are key pulling products 'retractable keychain' and pen pulling products'retractable pen belt' and Dog leash product. I did not try the key pulling product, but When I guess, the key pulling product's pulling force seems to be strong. I'm not quite sure about it. But If the tension is strong, it is inconvenient. So I recommended a pen pulling product in this video. I could be wrong.
*6. In my case, the height of the ceiling was not high enough. So I felt inconvenience if the cable did not close to the ceiling as much as possible.
The height of the ceiling differs from person to person. And the location of the computer case is different. So there may be better optimal settings depending on your situation.
