For 25 years I worked as a graphic artist, designing printed materials, logos, and websites. I began doing paintings on the computer and found that I enjoyed creating my art digitally. Five years ago I decided to turn my full attention to creating my own art. Since then I have received many awards for my unique style, including being named Cupertino's 2012 Distinguished Artist of the Year.
In 2009 my painting depicting the fall of the Berlin Wall was put on permanent exhibit at the Checkpoint Charlie Museum in Berlin during the twentieth anniversary celebration of that historic event. I also visited several Holocaust sites in Poland. Looking around, I could see the sights as they appeared in the present, but I could also see and feel the past lingering everywhere. I spent two years re-creating what I saw in my mind, and the Ghost series was born. Now I want to expand the Ghost series to include images from other historical conflicts and incorporate all the images into a beautiful hardbound photo book.
