The Group is awarding the Prize every two years to projects conceived for and by young people. In the 2010 edition, the jury composed of 6 young people aged 18 to 23 examined 80 projects from 26 countries, selected three winners and shortlisted 11 projects that they found the most innovative in terms of content, efficiency, youth involvement and participation.

The Prize-winners are the following: "'RecceR' Resilience Coaching" from Ghent (Belgium), "Energy Control" from Barcelona (Spain) and "Smoke & Mirrors" from Manchester (United Kingdom). Each winner received a diploma, a trophy and € 5000 to encourage their efforts.

Ms Rissiko, Finnish Minister of Health and Social Services, opened the award ceremony. M. Jean-Marc DELIZEE, Belgian State Secretary for Social Affairs handed out the cheque to the Belgian Prize-winner. Mrs. Anna-Grete STRØM-ERICHSEN, Norwegian Minister of Health and Care Services, granted the Spanish winning project and Dr. João GOULÃO, Portuguese National Coordinator on Drug, Drug Addicitions & the Harmful Use of Alcohol rewarded the Bitrish winner.
