PSPscene - Brunswick Bowling - Sony PSP

Bowling games for PSP are pretty rare, especially when you consider the consoles a few years old now.

So when this one turned up, I was eager to try it out. As a keen ten pin bowler I hoped it would be nice, with plenty of intresting ideas.

Sadly, Brunswick bowling is a rather mediocre bowling effort, that lacks any bite or depth.
The graphics are average and do the job but thats about it, they don't offer anything classy.
The bowling alley view is pretty good, so is the ball travelling up the alleyway but the players look pretty poor and lack any substance.
You have an option to view the alleyway in horizontal psp position or turn your psp end on end and view the alleyway vertically.

Sound is adequate, offering the bare essentials, with decent ball travel and skittle sounds, a little enviromental sound but nothing to get excited about.

Controls are simple and constist of setting ball throw strength, spin and direction. its all a little old fashioned but does the job.

to much of a turkey, not enough strike!
