We needed to replace the original bridge pushing arm so we built this one using a stronger motor and a much stronger bearing system. We also "geared down" the motor to get more torque and to slow it down so that the limit switches had time to work. In this test, the limit switches are wired in series with the motor and turn it off at the end of the travel as if under computer control.
