I show you how to make them :-) You will need... 4 ounces (by weight) or 1 cup of plain flour 1 egg a pinch of salt quarter pint of milk (5 fluid ounces) quarter pint of water (5 fluid ounces) lard, oil or dripping
There are 2 rules that EVERYONE follows - 1: THE FAT, OIL ETC MUST, MUST BE RED, SIZZLING HOT! 2: DON'T OPEN THE OVEN DOOR UNTIL THEY ARE DEFINITELY COOKED!
