Matthew 25:14 For the [kingdom of heaven] (The place of spiritual understanding) [is as] (compares to) [a man travelling into a far country] (Jesus comes in the flesh on earth), who called his [own servants] (those performing HIS works on earth), and delivered unto them [his goods] (His truths, HIS gospel).
And unto one he gave five [talents] (many of HIS truths, HIS gospel), to another two, and to another one; to every man [according to his several ability] (as regards to his talent to proclaim it); and [straightway took his journey] (Jesus ascended into heaven).
Then he that had received the five talents [went and traded with the same, and made them other five talents] (the proclamation of the Gospel TRUTH multiplied greatly resulting in many being converted to the Faith of Jesus Christ).
And likewise he that had received two, he also [gained other two]. (the proclamation of the Gospel TRUTH and those converted is doubled in this example.)
But he that had received one [went and digged in the earth, and hid his lord's money]. (no Gospel TRUTH shared, but instead it was denied and buried in silence, or hidden within his darkened heart).
After a long time the [lord of those servants cometh, and reckoneth with them]. (Jesus returned bringing HIS rewards with HIM)
And so he that had received five talents came and brought other five talents, saying, Lord, [thou deliveredst unto me five talents: behold, I have gained beside them five talents more]. (I proclaimed the Truths gave me, and many more were converted!)
His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over [a few things] (the simple Gospel TRUTH), I will make thee [ruler over many things]: (to the understanding of many more valuable heavenly/spiritual truths): [enter thou into the joy of thy lord]. (receive now a more intimate knowledge/fellowship with me:Jesus Christ)
He also that had received two talents came and said, Lord, [thou deliveredst unto me two talents: behold, I have gained two other talents beside them]. (I proclaimed the Gospel Truths and converts were doubled!)
His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over [a few things] (the simple Gospel TRUTH), I will make thee [ruler over many things] (to the understanding of even more valuable heavenly/spiritual truths): [enter thou into the joy of thy lord.] (receive now a more intimate knowledge/fellowship with me: Jesus Christ).
Then he which had received the one talent came and said, Lord, [I knew thee that thou art an hard man, reaping where thou hast not sown, and gathering where thou hast not strawed] (I thought your gospel was too difficult to believe, so I didn't sow nor reap):
And [I was afraid] (I was afraid of what the people might think of me), and [went and hid thy talent in the earth] (I put the gospel away and didn't proclaim your truth, with my silence I denied you, thereby I hid it in my darkened heart): [lo, there thou hast that is thine].(here, this your truth, returned to you)
His lord answered and said unto him, Thou [wicked and slothful servant] (unbelieving and lazy worker who does not proclaim the gospel), [thou knewest that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I have not strawed]:(you knew my seeds of truth are planted, and thereafter my converts are harvested by those who follow me)
Thou oughtest therefore to have [put my money to the exchangers] (given the Truth to be planted by the broadcasters/media/hirelings, or anyone who would proclaim my Gospel to the people), and [then at my coming I should have received mine own with usury] (then when I returned, some would have heard them, believed, and been converted, even some of these would have been harvested by my true followers!).
[Take therefore the talent from him, and give it unto him which hath ten talents] (your understanding of the TRUTH is now removed, and given to one who truly believes and proclaims my Gospel) .
For unto [every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance] (those who proclaim it will be given more TRUTH and understanding, and proclaim it the more) : [but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath] (those not proclaiming the truth will not understand anything at all).
And cast ye the [unprofitable servant] (a worker who claims to believe but is unwilling to proclaim the TRUTH) into [outer darkness] (a place devoid of intimacy with God and devoid of spiritual understanding): there shall be [weeping and gnashing of teeth] (torments experienced by those who reject, who are unable to understand the truth. The agony of those who are separated from God).
