On today's Daily Brief, Chlobotica checks out iOS6, restaurants that charge for what you leave behind, and the Ecce Homo lawsuit development.

First up, iOS6 is here! Sorry jailbreakers. Apple's newest mobile operating system is now available for download and boasts over 200 shiny new improvements. Like the all-new Maps which features that nifty flyover feature along with turn-by-turn directions. We'll also get to try out passbook, panorama pictures, facebook integration and Siri updates.
So if you can't reach us for the next three hours, it's cause we're updating our phones from servers that are clogged with loyal fanboys. What's your new favorite feature from iOS6? Let us know in the comments.

Next up, ready for some facts that'll make you lose your appetite? Apparently, the world wastes about a third of the food it produces. That's about 1.3 billion tons of food that never makes it to hungry mouths. And rich Western nations are some of the guiltiest wasters. So, a couple of restaurants are testing new policies designed to curb wasteful dining habits. The Kylin Chinese Buffet in London charges patrons a $32 wastage fee for not finishing anything they put on their plate and Manhattan's Wafu Japanese buffet has started doing the same. Their hope is not only to cut down on waste, but to encourage people to consider how much food they actually need, which could help with a certain obesity issue that's plaguing much the US.

And finally, by now everyone's familiar with the sweet little old lady from Spain who attempted to restore a classic fresco and turned it into a child's finger painting. Well, the Ecce Homo fiasco became an insanely popular internet meme and now the church is noticing an uptick in visits by people who want to see the new painting. So they're charging for it. Sorry, collecting donations. Anyways, that sweet old lady caught wind of the new revenue stream and decided she's entitled to a cut. So she got herself a lawyer and is suing the church for profits she feels she deserves for destroying one of their irreplaceable works of art.
What do you think guys? Does she have a case or is this copyright gone waaaaay wrong?
