Detailed description:

- For flat and slightly sloping routes
- One double-pole-push for each leg-push
- Starting position: legs are closed - arms are stretched
- Swing through arms and shift weight to the other leg
- Put down the ski as evenly as possible
- Shift weight while gliding
- Same push-off on left and right leg
- Pole usage binding level
- Before pushing off again - bend the knee further
- Push off and bring legs together
- Pole push takes place before the leg-push
