Skating is a perfect way to stay and get in shape. Professional freestyle skier Andrea Limbacher from Austria skates often to get back in shape. Andrea took the win in 2015 and became World champion skicross. Unfortunately she had a bad crash in March of last season where she injured her knee very badly. From there she only has one goal: getting back in shape and compete again.
