The week of Dec 8, 2014, progressives launched a heroic fight to strip a Wall Street giveaway out of the year-end spending bill. As a part of that fight, Senate Elizabeth Warren called out the big bank Citigroup by name 32 times on the floor of the Senate.

Why? Because the language of this Wall Street giveaway was written by Citigroup. And they’re trying to hold Congress hostage in order to get the language made into law.
