With Document fields in SignEasy, you can add multiple fields on the document while sending it for signature to others. Select from the commonly-used fields such as signature, initials, text, date, checkbox while creating a signature request and place them on the document at the required places. You can indicate if a field is mandatory and assign it to the correct signer in the workflow.

Upon receiving the document, the signer is guided through the document to the fields specified for them to fill before sending the document back.
