After a protest against George HW Bush in Portland in 1991, Portland Police used video to arrest protestors after the fact. The protest took place Sept. 19, 1991 and Flying Focus covered it live (see http://www.flyingfocus.org/images/ffv... ). This clip, from October 8, 1991, is from Flying Focus' first series: "Che's Lounge/'P' is for Perception." In a segment called "U is for Update," FFVC member Dan Handelman recounts information about a specific arrestee's status after having been arrested for inciting a riot, then downgraded to standing on TriMet property without boarding a train.
