1/2 cup butter or margarine softened, 1 cup granulated sugar, 3 eggs beaten, 2 cups shredded coconut, 1 cup self-rising flour, 3/8 sour cream, 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice. (If you don't have self rising flour follow the recipe on the video instructions) Bake at 350 for 30 minutes




Quick and easy recipe (Optional: use powder sugar and milk to make a glaze for cake) 1 c powder sugar to 1/2 tablespoon of milk .Use a little bit more milk if needed to form the thickness you want )
