Whoops! Totally forgot to show the finished product. hahaha. Sorry! It should look exactly as you put it in the oven, just a bit browned on the top.

Things You'll Need:
Large pan
Baking Dish
Blender or Food Processer

Food You'll Need:
2 TBL bacon fat or olive oil
2 chopped onions
2 lbs ground lamb or ground beef (Don't Forget To Get Grass Fed.)
2 TBL tomato paste
14 oz can of peeled tomatoes
1 cup of beef stock
Bag of frozen peas and carrots (You could use fresh, if you wanted. Then you'd add the carrots to the onions and the peas later)
1/2 tsp thyme (or one sprig of fresh)
1 bay leaf
S&P to taste. Don't forget this.
FOR THE MASH:
1 bag frozen cauliflower (or half a head of fresh cauliflower, chopped)
1/3 cup grated parm cheese
2 TBL butter (grass fed sillies....kerrygold is my fav)
1/4 cup of milk or heavy cream.
1 tsp garlic powder

What You'll Do:
Oven at 375.Heat skillet. Add fat. Sautee onions until soft. Add meat. Brown. Add everything but the peas and carrots. Cover pan. Let simmer for 15 mins. Uncover. Add peas and carrots. Simmer another 15. Put in baking dish of choice.
Make Mash. Steam cauliflower. Put in blender. Add butter and milk and garlic powder. Blend. Add parmy cheese. Top meat. Bake 20 mins. Eat food.
