Hey guys, in this video Im gonna show you a killer lower body workout to build muscle. This is a great workout that you can do right at home especially if you don't have access to a gym. Warmup 10 reps each of Body Weight Squats, lunges, stiff leg dead-lifts, 20 high knees.
Workout ⁃ Jumping Barbell Squats - 10 reps ⁃ Jumping Barbell Lunges - 10 reps (each leg) ⁃ Stiff One Legged Deadlift - 10 reps each leg ⁃ Barbell High Knees - 25 ⁃ REPEAT 3 TIMES
