Nobel Prize winner and EMBO Member Eric Wieschaus talks to Thomas Lemberger, Chief Editor of Molecular Systems Biology, about his research on embryonic development and taking quantitative approaches to investigate biological processes.

Eric Wieschaus is Squibb Professor of Molecular Biology at Princeton University and Adjunct Professor of Biochemistry at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey--Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.
