In this video, Dan Toombs shows us how to make Sri Lankan Black Pepper Curry. It's not a dish I've heard of before, but you can bet this will be on my table regularly from now on. Sri Lankan Black Pepper Chicken uses skinless chicken wings, but you could substitute thigh or breast meat. It's creamy from the use of coconut milk, and, of course, peppery from generous amounts of ground black pepper.

This video is the last of three where I'm collaborating with The Curry Guy, Dan Toombs. Dan is a Californian who has lived in North Yorkshire for the last 20 years. He has a serious passion for Indian food, and particularly the British Indian Restaurant style of cooking. He has published 3 cookbooks, and 2 more are scheduled for the next year.
