This video teaches how to make the energy stronger through the use of the Gayatri mantra.

Sept 7,2011 See my new video on how to use the Kundalini that you awakened to bring you your good karma from past lives into manifestation . http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qprekF...

Make yourself 'lucky' See how the awakened kundalini can reverse the aging process. Compare this face with one in this video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OeoyGY... You block the left nostril, exhale from the right, and then inhale the right. Block the right, exhale the left, inhale the left. That is one cycle. Initially, you can just keep track of the time, like one minute and finish the cycle after you get to the minute, then later on do counting.

The awakening of the kundalini is always accompanied by retention of the breath. You may have noticed that when you had your kundalini experience, at the time that it started, your breath was very shallow, or stopped.

The end of the video is supposed to say that you relax and feel the flow of the energy. Then you will also feel the slowness of the breath. This breathing exercise is designed to do a number of things. One is to train the student to become aware of the breath as a connection to the prana, and later to the mind. The second to start the process of controlling the breath, by using the breath to clean the nadiis (subtle nerve tubes).
The cleaning of the nerve tubes is more important than the awakening of the Kundalini itself. The kundalini is always awake and active. This is one of the secrets of teaching the kundalini to awaken. It is the student that is asleep to the kundalini. That is what the representation of the kundalini asleep at the base of the spine really means.

Improper control of the breath can lead to very bad habits. These habits can lead to very dangerous situations later on, when the kundalini is awake and active in your life.

I have a link to a very powerful control of kundalini video (Soham Mantra, Law of Attraction prosperity). It is extremely powerful because you hold the breath and drive it into a desire that you have. The desire puts a fence around the kundalini power and keeps it directed to your desire. This a safe way to use the kundalini power and also make it stronger.
I want to tell you now about a different method of awakening the Kundalini. The chief reason the Kundalini is not awake right now, is that the nadis, particularly the ida, pingala and sushuma are stopped up with karmic debris the water with the algae in it is a liquid that will clear the nadis, and eventually the Kundalini will awaken naturally. I invite you to try this different method.Tantra says that Self Realization is just a group of thoughts that allows the tantric to see the world as a manifestation of God. This is like saying the medical surgeon has a group of thoughts in his mind, in a particular order in time, that allows him to perform a surgical operation successfully. The actions of the surgeon have their basis in the thoughts that the surgeon has during the operation.

Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, the oldest and best description of the process of Self Realization, has no open mention of awakening the Kundalini. There is no mention of the chakras, the nadis, or any open mention of the processes involved with them. But a great deal of information is given about the 5th step in the 8 limbs of yoga, Pratyahara. Pratyahara is the process of isolating the mind from the senses.

Pratyahara, then, is the code word for awakening the Kundalini. The tantrics believe the Kundalini is already fully awake in every person. It is flowing at full force at all time. It is the flow of the Kundalini through your senses that creates the world you see. Awakening the Kundalini, in the tantric view, is the redirecting of the flow to the senses to a group of images that stores up this energy, and allows it to be repurposed. It is the redirection of the flow of energy away from the senses up the sushuma that appears to be the kundalini traveling up the spine.

From this definition of the process of awakening the kundalini, how are you doing? Is the process isolating your mind from your senses? It is when there is complete isolation, is when the kundalini appears to awaken and travel up the spine. The image of the kundalini writhing at the base of the spine is the energy building up because it is being held from going to the senses. The piercing of the granthi, or knot, accompanied by the hissing sound, is the energy entering the first chakra. The mind is totally concentrated at that point.

If you practice the pranayama with these images, there will be a dramatic change in the results you have.
