This is my response to Tantrum777's "double" homebrew challenge. I made a wheatwine which I'll be aging on Hungarian oak cubes that have been soaked in Bernheim's wheat whiskey. (I may also add the whiskey to the brew -- I haven't decided yet.) Since I had over 20lbs of grain, I decided to run a second mash on the same grain and make a second beer -- I used only an ounce of German hops and a hefeweizen yeast strain, so I guess it's a hefe.

In this video I also review my last beer, an "Imperial Mild" made for sjporr's base malt challenge.

I'll record more videos as this beer develops.
