MUGEN: Pingu vs. Hulk (MGMurrow)

Oh lord no, the creator of the horrible Shadow Lady strikes back and this time, he disgraces Hulk's good name. This guy has a bloated defense, some insane damage, invinciblity frames pulled out of his ass, projectile spamming, ridiculous priority, flash-speed recovering, long-ranged grabs that can turn your defensive play into swiss cheese, a Shinryuken that's out-of-character and the logo of the horrible 2003 movie gracing his intro! Plus, he gets angrier (and cheaper) as you whittle his health down. Well, never mind the fact that I used his Boss AI here but the rest still applies. Meaning that MGMurrow still fails at making fair characters.
