Recept: 500g bijelo brašno tip 550meko, sol 10g, suncokretovo ulje 25ml, mlaka voda 250-260ml.Točno izmjerene sastojke odjednom zamiješati u posudi dok se ne pokupi svo brašno i malo premjesiti.Ostaviti pokriveno 30min i ponovo premjesiti da tijesto postane glatko. Nauljiti i odložiti u pvc vrečici 6-8h na sobnoj temperaturi.Tijesto prije razvačenja ne mijesiti. Jufka je dovoljna za stol veličine 200x95cm (takav je moj stol). Ako napravite duplu mjeru višak zamrznite i upotrebite kad Vam se neda ponovo mijesiti. Količina vode može odstupati ovisno od tipa brašna, a nije ni baš svako brašno pogodno.
