Thank you for knowing how to speak instructions clearly & slowly.
you could also trace the pepakura pieces onto eva foam and fold/glue those pieces together

Halo is a pretty cool guy, he kills aliens and doesn't afraid of anything.

right first off that helmet you made is easy to make and its horrible i have made 2 odst helmets and a mk5 helmet and most of a odst armour set i can say its not easy to find the correct card stock to use its time consuming you need a lot of patients its very fiddly you need super glue a printer ink. a exacto knife blades cutting board metal ruler tape you need to be able to scale it correctly to your body/head when you get to the completed stage one and have a paper helmet fiberglassing resin coating is a pain in the ass and can cost a bit of money and usually that's where it goes wrong . one its past fiberglassing stage you then have to buy car body filler and lots of sanding to get it to look right once you get past that you have to paint it prime a few coats to build layers and then colour weathering to tet the look you want finally padding the inside of helmet and a visor prob costing you around £100 to £200 just for a helmet and a few other bits so is it worth months of work ? or just buying one ? ebay sometimes has people that have made casted copies of there helmet and sell at a good price
