Fish lovers pay close attention because we have yet another seafood recipe for you, and this one is high in omega-3. You guessed it, its salmon and boy this stuff is really good. Today's salmon recipe also comes with a touch of tomato and potatoes, so you'll be eating smarter not harder to boost your overall health. Salmon is good for you for various reasons; among those are improving mental health, bones, joints, skin and preventing cancers such as colon, breast and prostate cancers which have been linked to low intakes of omega 3.
Ground Black Pepper
4 Garlic Cloves
1/3 cup Parsley
1 cup Dry White Cooking Wine
3/4 cup Olive Oil
To begin cut 1 lemon and clean both side of your salmon using the lemon juice. Next make thin cuts across your salmon to help absorb the flavors. Marinate both sides of the salmon with salt and ground black pepper. Next, cut your other lemon into very thin wedges and take these and place them between the salmon cuts we did earlier. Take a Pyrex oven dish and wrap it in aluminum foil. Take a small of amount of olive oil and spread it over the aluminum foil to cover it. Now take your salmon and place it into the oven dish. Best oven baked salmon recipe I have tried so far enjoy everyone.
Cut the onion and tomato into thin slices and place them on top of your salmon. Take about 5-7 potatoes and cut these as well into thin slices and place them around the border of the salmon. Now dice 4 garlic cloves into small pieces and mix it with 1/3 of a cup of parsley and add this on top of the salmon. Take 1 cup of dry white cooking wine and pour this throughout the potatoes and salmon. Also add ¾ cups of olive oil and pour this over the potatoes and salmon. Finally, add cracker meal breading over the entire salmon and potatoes.
Cover the oven dish with a sheet of aluminum foil and pre heat the oven to 350 degrees. Cook salmon for 45 minutes and then uncover the pyrex dish and leave an additional 15 minutes uncovered.
