1. Mutton ​- 1 kg.
2. Baby Onions ​- ½ kg.
3. Potatoes ​- ½ kg.
4. Bay leaf ​- 1
5. Hing ​- 1 tsp.
6. Garlic Paste ​- 1 tbsp.
7. Ginger Paste ​- 1 tbsp.
8. Turmeric Powder ​- 1 tsp.
9. Red Chilly powder ​- 2 tsp.
10. Parbi Garam Masala ​- 2 tsp.
11. Fresh Coriander leaves ​- for garnishing
12. Ginger Juliens ​- 1 tsp.
13. Oil ​- 3 tbsp + 1 tbsp.
14. Salt ​- to taste
15. Lime juice ​- 1 tsp.
