Central Baptist Theological Seminary is pleased to announce, as a part of its new Institute of Sacred Arts, two recital series to be held in the Baugh-Marshall Chapel this fall. A classical series will be held on the first Sundays of the month beginning in August, and a jazz series will be held on the third Sundays of the month -- also beginning in August.

This performance is by Vox Luminis

Vox Luminis (which means Voices of Light in Latin), a chamber ensemble of 14 singers, a pianist, and conductor Rebecca Johnson. Vox Luminis is a subgroup of the Kansas City Metropolitan Chorale.

Vox Luminis presented a recital of choral pieces written by American composers that explore the complexities and greatness of life in America.
