http://www.operaphila.org - On Saturday, September 15, 2012, members of the Opera Company of Philadelphia orchestra and chorus came together with over 300 musicians and dancers from 5 states to celebrate the 1,000th Knight Foundation Random Act of Culture at Amtrak's 30th Street Station in Philadelphia.
The performance is one of 1,000 Random Acts of Culture taking place nationally during a two-year period funded by the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation. Knight Foundation's Random Acts of Culture bring artists out of the performance halls and into the streets and our everyday lives.
