一路埋伏 is the fifth empty hand set taught within the framework of the taiwanese northern shaolin longfist association in taipei. please note first that i am not a master, nor a teacher, just a student (which means it is far from being perfect). secondly, the purpose is to compare (slow-medium speed) and share with other schools performing longfist forms, not for learning new movements through internet.
yi lu mai fu means the first way of ambush and contains many escape and withdrawal techniques.
